TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT
Welcome to snpshop.co.uk (herein after SnP or “site”). By using this Site, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). You also agree to comply with any guidelines or rules posted on the Site regarding any product or service offered on the Site. All such guidelines and rules posted are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Stitches n Print, purchase products or services through the Site, or email the Company, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email, text message or by posting notices on and updates to the Site. By using the Site, you hereby agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We welcome your feedback about the Site. However, any comments, ideas, notes, messages, suggestions or other communications sent to the Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company, and we may use all such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing such communications, all without compensation to you.
PRE-ORDER
Before submitting your order, please ensure you are in agreement with the following terms of sale:
1) Any and all text on your project has been checked for spelling and grammatical errors.
2) Any and all photos on your project have been cropped, sized and placed exactly as you wish for them to appear.
3) If you have seen a “poor quality” error icon on any of your photos, this is a warning that the photo may not print correctly.
4) Please ensure any optional extras are added / removed as required.
5) Please ensure you have selected the correct size of the product you wish to buy.
6) Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Any orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided will incur re-printing & re-shipping Charges.

As such, we cannot be held responsible for any potential misprinting of a photo(s) with poor quality errors or for delivery of a different size of the product than you were entitled to.
CONFIRMING, CANCELLING, AND CHANGING YOUR ORDERS
Please ensure that any discount vouchers purchased have been applied and the discount taken off on the Sub-Total, as any un-redeemed vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively. If your discount code gives an error, please contact the Customer Care Department on 01529 298232. Once you have submitted your order, the project(s) is sent in immediately for print processing. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to placing the order, If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to printing, which may be less than 1 business day of placing your order, by telephone only on 01529 298232. Our Customer Care Department is open between Tuesday – Friday, 9am – 4.30pm. We reserve the right to charge an order cancellation fee of up to £25.00, or the total order value (less any promotional vouchers), whichever is less, to cover the potential wastage and re-processing & handling (in case of amended orders). For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, and obtain an estimated date of arrival by calling our Customer Care Centre on 01529 298232 or via email on snpadmin@snpmail.co.uk. If your order has not yet entered the delivery process, you can change the details by calling the Customer Care Centre. The Company will not provide reimbursement for shipping & handling charges once the order has entered the delivery process.
ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment are within the Company's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received by the Company prior to acceptance of an order. The Company may accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Solo and PayPal (other forms of payment may be added or removed at Company's sole discretion). Orders are not binding until the order is accepted by the Company. The Company expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, Site Terms and the terms of the membership, as applicable.
We reserve the right to recover any monies outstanding, should we find any initial payments that did not go through at the time of transaction due to any technical error.
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise noted, the Company will make best efforts to dispatch merchandise within a maximum of 5 working days of the receipt of a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate. Because of this we have a 15 business day waiting period after dispatch before any product will be resent. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in dispatch or delivery.
RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
As the Company’s personalised merchandises made to order has no intrinsic value on the open market, the Company is therefore unable to accept returns unless the merchandise is at fault. For personalised merchandise which is at fault, or differs from that ordered, the customer must contact Online Customer Support by email on snpadmin@snpmail.co.uk in the first instance. If requested, the customer may return the merchandise to the Company within 7 days of receipt of the order to the below address:

The customer shall return the merchandise to the Company in the original packaging and enveloped in the original bags or boxes (whichever is most appropriate) along with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. If no invoice is to be had, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, and the invoice number. Also please include the first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite the solution to the problem, and allow the Company to contact the customer if there are any problems, or concerns regarding the return. Please allow standard delivery timing of 3-5 business days for the return to arrive in the Returns Department and up to 8-10 business days to process the return from the time it reaches the Returns Department and arrangements made for a reprint to be dispatched.
Any order returned back to Stitches n Print as being not called for will be stored for up to 1 month and customer will be contacted via phone and email. If the customer does not contact us back within 1 month, Stitches n Print will dispose of the order and the order will be treated as cancelled. Kindly note, if an order has been returned as not called for, customer(s) will be charged a delivery fee of equal amount as the original delivery charge paid by the customer while placing the order.
Please note orders cannot be replaced, refunded or reprinted after 30 days of dispatch.
REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Personalised Photo Products are subject to £25 cancellation fee. Please also note that we will compare your order with original images uploaded to check the quality difference. If the image is of poor quality, we will not be able to reprint/ replace your order. Please note we retain the right to ask for an image or product to be returned back in order to confirm the error/ damage/ issue on product.
ASSIGNMENT
The customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of the Company.
GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND COSTS
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the United Kingdom is an appropriate place for venue of any litigation and that United Kingdom courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer. In the event the customer and Stitches n Print are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred.
TAXES
Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices include value added duties.
IMAGES
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
Limited Warranty of Product and Site:
The returns policy provided does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper storage, extreme temperatures, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs. Such limited warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of Stitches n Print Products. The customer expressly understands and agrees that the products and services provided are on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All product specifications, images and other information published on the Company’s website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of the Company is that all the information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, the Company cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from the Company’s suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). The customer accepts full responsibility for keeping their account password confidential, restricting access to their computer and keeping the e-mail address associated with their account current. You are personally liable for any orders that the customer places or charges that are incurred. Periodically, links may be established from the Company’s website to one or more external websites, these links are provided for the customer’s convenience only. None of such links should be deemed to imply that the Company endorses the Third Party Sites or any content there in.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated here in, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by the customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANYTIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY THE COMPANY (STITCHES N PRINT), AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HERE UNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON THE COMPANY (STITCHES N PRINT).
